These Terms & Conditions govern your use of renotahoerealestatemedia.com and services provided by Reno Tahoe Real Estate Media, Reno, Nevada. By requesting a shoot or using your account, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• Requests are not confirmed until we confirm them. Preferred days and time windows are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Prices shown online are estimates; final pricing is confirmed with your booking.
• Please have the property ready and accessible at the confirmed time.

Photo license

• Reno Tahoe Real Estate Media keeps copyright in all images and video.
• Once paid, you receive a license to use the final files to market one listing, until the home sells.
• Reusing files for a new listing requires a paid license renewal, available in your account.

SMS Terms

• Program: Reno Tahoe Real Estate Media booking updates. Texts include booking confirmations, scheduling, and delivery updates.
• Opt-in: You join by checking the optional SMS consent box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email renotahoerealestatemedia@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a shoot is limited to the amount you paid for that shoot.
